CANCELLATION BY US:
We hope this section helps to clarify any questions that you may have about under what circumstances we would cancel a tour.
WE WOULD CANCEL TOURS IF:
- Our hotels and transport companies are unable to provide their services
- The Irish Government advises us to stop running tours
- All flights in and out of Ireland are cancelled
If we cannot secure a minimum of 20 participants to make the tour offering financially viable to run.
WE WOULD NOT CANCEL TOURS IF:
- One or some attractions are closed, but the majority of the tour can run unaffected.
- Some flights are cancelled.
- Foreign governments recommend against their citizens travelling.
REFUNDS:
All refunds, including refunds of overpayment, are processed to the credit card(s) originally used for payment (less 4% card charges).
TRAVEL INSURANCE:
We Tour Ireland does not sell Travel Insurance. We would recommend Travel Guard. We Tour Ireland requires that all passengers have travel insurance.
TOUR PARTICIPATION:
To ensure an enjoyable travel experience for all participants, We reserves the right to refuse any client whose conduct is incompatible with the interest of the tour group.
We Tour Ireland reserves the right to refuse admittance or continuation on the tour and/or tour bus if, in our opinion, a tour guest is intoxicated. We also reserve the right to remove from the tour any guest that is disruptive, disrespectful or destructive to tour staff, venue representatives, other tour guests or property.
In such a case, no refund will be made to the guest, and no liability or cost incurred by We Tour Ireland for transportation or other expenses incurred by that guest.
PARTICIPANTS WITH SPECIAL NEEDS:
Passengers who have special needs or require unique attention must advise We Tour Ireland at the time of booking. Passengers who require particular assistance must travel with a qualified travel companion as We Tour Ireland TM’s (Driver-Guide, one person) cannot provide individualised assistance. Please note that access for visitors with disabilities is restricted/limited at the following attractions: Clonmacnoise / Blarney Castle / Rock of Cashel
COACH TRANSPORTATION:
Please note that tour participation is strictly limited to the maximum of participants started in tour descriptions. When passenger numbers are significantly lower than the maximum capacity on our Escorted Group Tours then a smaller but equally luxurious coach may be used.
DRIVER-GUIDE (one person):
Our Escorted Tours of Ireland are conducted by a professional Driver-Guide (one person). The Driver-Guide (one person) is both the driver & guide.
Participants who have special dietary requirements must advise We Tour Ireland at the time of booking.
VISITS/ATTRACTIONS AND OTHER TOUR FEATURES:
We Tour Ireland reserves the right to substitute visits/attractions and other features when establishments are closed or cannot be visited for reasons beyond our control.
On certain dates including, but not limited to religious holidays and national celebrations, some monuments and sites may be closed. On these occasions, touring itineraries may be amended to reflect these closures. Occasionally, during holidays and certain periods, and/or due to unforeseen circumstances including weather conditions there may be last-minute changes, sometimes after arrival in Ireland or Britain, affecting the sequence of the tour and locations visited. In such cases, there will be no cost adjustment.
National monuments and tourist sites regularly undergo renovations, which can obscure the monument’s view. No tour will be cancelled due to renovations, and, in such cases, there will be no cost adjustment. However, We Tour Ireland will decide based on the conditions whether to amend an itinerary.
UNUSED ATTRACTIONS & ACCOMMODATIONS:
We pre-book and contract with all supplier accommodations and attractions on our tours to ensure your tour runs smoothly from start to finish. We, therefore, are unable to give discounts for attractions that guests choose not to visit or accommodations that guests do not require should they need to join the tour late or leave the tour early.
LUGGAGE:
Luggage is carried at the owner’s risk throughout the tour unless insured by the tour participant. Hand baggage and personal items such as coats, cell phones, umbrellas and cameras are entirely in the care of the participants.
Our vehicles are designed to allow one large suitcase per person, and one piece of carry-on luggage. You must inform We Tour Ireland upon booking if you wish to bring more luggage, which may or may not be possible depending on which tour you have booked.

Should a participant have a complaint in respect of their tour, they should inform the We Tour Ireland Driver-Guide (one person) or We Tour Ireland office during the course of the tour.
